  • This promotion (the "Promotion") is operated by First Greater Western Ltd of Milford House, 1 Milford Street, Swindon, Wiltshire SN1 1HL ("First Great Western").
  • The Promotion consists of a maximum of 200,000 promotion PINs, which will be available on a first come first served basis and each offering a £5 discount (the "Discount") for one single transaction only.
  • When all the PINs are allocated, no more will be issued. Each PIN can only be used once.
  • First Great Western reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without notice.
  • The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of First Great Western, its agents or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
  • By entering this Promotion, the entrant will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and First Great Western's Privacy Policy available on this web site.
  • This Promotion requires completion of a registration form on the promotional web site. Only one registration per person may be completed and only one PIN per person will be permitted for the whole duration of the Promotion.
  • First Great Western may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration and may withdraw a PIN from a participant at any time.
  • The Discount applies per transaction, not per ticket. Each transaction can be made up of a single ticket purchase or multiple ticket purchases, however no more than one Discount may apply per transaction.
  • A PIN can only be applied to secure a Discount for a transaction of a value of at least £6.
  • Participation in this Promotion is only available via internet and telesales channels specified on this web site.
  • This Promotion commenced on 07/10/08 and remaining PINs will be issued until 30/06/09, or until they have all been allocated. Use of the PIN to claim the discount, must be made by midnight on 31 July 2009, actual train travel can be made after this date in accordance with the validity of the ticket purchased.
  • PINs are not transferable to another person. No cash or other alternative will be offered in lieu of the Discount or for PINs not used within the period of validity of this Promotion. The Discount is not subject to refund.
  • The Discount only applies to transactions involving the purchase of single (one ticket for a one-way journey) or return (one or more tickets for outward and return journeys) tickets available through the internet and telesales channels. specified on this web site. It can be used on tickets for journeys on train companies other than First Great Western.
  • The Discount is not available on other ticket types including Season tickets, Rover / Ranger tickets and Group Travel.
  • The Discount only applies to travel tickets and cannot be used against other goods or service provided by First Great Western, The Discount can be used as part of the total purchase cost of train tickets and travel insurance on the First Great Western website).
  • Tickets which can be used in conjunction with this Promotion may be subject to availability and no guarantee is given that these may be available during the duration of this promotion.
  • Normal Railcard and Groupsave discounts, where available and offered through the promotional sales channels, may be combined with this Promotion.
